About Andy Richards

Andy Richards I have been making artistic photographic images since 1977, in places like Vermont, New Mexico, Maine, Wyoming, California, the Caribbean and recently, the Mediterranean.

I focus on outdoor photography of all kinds, including landscape, nature, flowers, wildlife, farms, rural and agricultural scenes, village and city scapes, lakes, rivers, streams, waterfalls and harbors.

I often seek the "intimate" view of the subject and many of my images are closeups highlighting small details and views. I believe that it is the quality of the light that makes photographic art unique and seek unique and dramatic lighting whenever possible.
